Does OS Help With Weight Loss?
There are currently no clinical studies on Organic Sulfur and weight loss, only some testimonials from clients who say they think OS has helped them to lose weight.
Organic Sulfur is most commonly used to reduce inflammation, according to the Arthritis Society .Obesity has been linked to inflammation, which is why some people think reducing inflammation may help with weight loss. However, the connection isn’t 100% clear, and there’s no evidence that taking supplements to reduce inflammation can help you shed that fat.
There’s some evidence that Organic Sulfur supplements can help with muscle and joint pain, including muscle recovery after working out and the achy joints that come with arthritis. Because of this, some people believe taking Organic Sulfur can make physical activity easier, drawing a direct link between more exercise and weight loss. While this is a good possibility, there hasn’t been any research to prove this idea. And accordingly we need more evidence to really know both the benefits and risks.
Some research in animals suggests Organic Sulfur can assist with proper production and regulation on obesity related insulin levels. It’s impossible to say whether these results would be the same in humans. Additionally there’s no guarantee that better controlling insulin or blood sugar would lead to weight loss. It does help balance acid , enzyme and hormonal levels .
In short, there’s just not enough research to say whether sulfur supplements have benefits specifically for weight loss, and there’s no way to know if there’s a correct of OS dosage for weight loss. On the other hand there is no evidence of weight gain by taking Organic Sulfur.
